  • option 1:
  • 10 minutes rower
  • 10 deadlifts
  • 10 pull ups
  • 50 push ups
    • each round drop 2 minutes off the rower, 2 reps off the deadlifts and pull ups, 10 reps off the push ups. 50min time cap

  • option 2
  • 3 rounds
  • 20 air squats
  • 10 push ups
  • 20 sit ups
  • 10 clusters (squat clean, thruster)
  • 20 kb swings
  • rest 2min
